3 years agoSo I thought my original review went through but it didn't, I made sure to come back and give Joe the 5 star he deserves Seriously the most genuine repair person I've worked with. We lost heat because if this storm, he went over several diagnostic tests over the phone Christmas night just to see if I could fix my issue asap. Well Joe had to come out to take a look, and 5 minutes later, bam instantly found the problem that I had totally overlooked. Seriously saved my family. Will definitely be using his services again if needed, and if his staff is half as polite and genuine as him I'll be set on my HVAC team for life ha! -
