5 years agoWe use them as our main vendor for DPF cleaning/baking. Today we had one that we wanted a quote on having repaired. They gave me a lot of information that I didn't know, requested photos so they could verify that it could be repaired, and then showed up at our business (without me even asking them to) to get a better look at it and to teach me how all of it worked and gave me the final quote. Customer service was above and beyond. As far as the DPF cleaning/baking goes, pricing is great, turn around time is super fast compared to previous vendors we have used, and they even pick up and drop off the DPF which is always an added bonus. Couldn't recommend them enough! -
