1 year agoI'm very disappointed in the response from this company regarding their customer service. I hired them for a carpenter ant problem only to find they didn't take care of the problem. I still have carpenter ants. I contacted them and was told that there wasn't a contract and they didn't guarantee their work. So they don't feel any obligation to honor their work. How very unprofessional of them. Not the kind of customer satisfaction. I was expecting since I have been a customer for over twenty years and have had my children use their services based on my previous experiences with them. -
