8 months agoHired TRIPLE O TREE SERVICE & LANDSCAPING to remove a tree. They did excellent work at a great price. The tree was between 3 homes and a fence and looked very difficult to cut down. They took it down in no time without damaging anything near by. So if you have a sketchy tree to remove I definitely recommend these guys to do it. Thanks one again TRIPLE O TREE SERVICE & LANDSCAPING for doing excellent work. -

9 months agoLarge downed tree branch removal. It was a mess of branches and a 10-12 inch diameter limb blocking access to the yard. He did a great job and I'm hiring him again to remove the rest of the hazard tree. He was recommended by a neighbor, and I have no complaints. If we need general landscaping in the future, we'll use him for that as well. -

FAQ
Does Triple-O offer free estimates for HVAC services?
We provide free, no-obligation estimates for HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance. Our quotes detail labor, equipment, and any necessary materials based on a thorough home evaluation including ductwork and load calculations. This approach ensures you understand the full scope and pricing upfront before committing.
Are you licensed and insured for HVAC work?
Triple-O holds all required licensing and insurance, including general liability and workers' compensation coverage for HVAC projects. We comply with local permitting requirements and EPA 608 certification for handling refrigerants. These measures protect your property and provide accountability during installations or repairs.
Does Triple-O handle mini-split installations and furnace wiring?
We install mini-split air conditioning units, service outdoor AC units, and handle internal wiring for furnaces and air handlers. Our team also works on copper refrigerant lines and ductwork fixes to ensure proper airflow and efficiency. These tasks fall within our core HVAC services for homes and businesses in the Rochester area.
What is your typical timeline for HVAC installations?
We schedule HVAC installations within a clear timeline from quote approval, typically completing most jobs in one to two days depending on system complexity. Arrival windows are confirmed the day before, with our crew arriving prepared and on time. Post-installation, we test system performance like airflow and refrigerant charge before final walkthrough.
Does Triple-O clean up after tree removal or landscaping jobs?
We remove all debris and leave the site clean and accessible after tree removals, branch cleanups, or board extractions. Our crew handles challenging spots like tight fences or yards without mess, hauling away branches and limbs completely. This ensures your property is ready for immediate use with no leftover hazards.
Why is hiring you safer than attempting HVAC repairs myself?
Professional HVAC work requires specialized tools and knowledge to handle high-voltage wiring, refrigerants, and duct modifications safely. We follow manufacturer specs for sizing, charging, and airflow testing to prevent inefficiencies or breakdowns that DIY often causes. Our fieldwork experience avoids common errors like improper insulation or leaks that shorten system life and raise energy costs.
