3 months agoHad Woodford install 16 CarbonArmor strips and one PowerBrace to stabilize bowing foundation walls. Less than 24 hours later, I have had a strap fail. It is laying on my garage floor now epoxying itself to said garage floor. Company is unresponsive to the complaint. My family has used Woodford for years, and this will be the last time. Absolutely unacceptable service after paying a five-figure sum. I was going to hire them to do an additional wall as well as replacing a lally column, but I will be looking elsewhere now. Quick aside about that lally column. One guy told me they could do it for ~$870 and now another is telling me that it'll be around $2,000. Integrity in pricing, hello? Update - Still no word from management nor accounting. Guys who did the work came by to rip the two strips off. No talk of reimbursement nor a refund for the two strips. They "promise" they'll be back in late April to do it, but I will say that I am very leary about promises. I was told I'd sign an agreement, but nobody can furnish one. STAY AWAY! -

3 months agoCommunication was great throughout the process. Ryan was on time to quote the project and fully explained the process. Office staff called to see if we had any questions. Trey and Joey did a phone introduction and communicated arrival time. They showed up as communicated, Trey reviewed project estimated time to complete. Protected all flooring that they needed to get to job site and did a wonderful job cleaning once they completed the project. Very satisfactory results at this time. -

Our wonderful crew ran into issue after issue with our old house (built 1792) and spent two weeks removing, digging, repairing, and rebuilding our foundation. The workmanship is superb. I cannot thank the hard working crew or our sales rep (Mark) enough. They are kind, courteous, and very professional. My boyfriend and father were always around but I would have felt safe being on my own. I personally feel the price is 100% justified. You pay for what you get and what we have is fantastic. Go with the trusted name. Go with Woodford. -

After an in-home consultation, Woodford Brothers scheduled our project within days giving us peace of mind that our home's radon issue would be taken care of promptly and effectively. From start to finish, our Woodford Brothers contractors James Parker and Parker Thomas went above and beyond to customize a depressurization system to suit our needs and make our home's air quality safe for our young family - all during the busyness of the Holiday season installing our project nearly 2 hours from their headquarters on Christmas Eve. Highly recommend Woodford brothers for radon mitigation and basement contracting. Our home's radon level is now safely well under the EPA standard of 4 pCi/L. Thank you! -

Great customer service - due to the snowstorm and holidays, some rescheduling was required - communication was timely and professional and Woodford Brothers went above and beyond to fit the job in with the least delay possible. Their work is excellent and I am very happy with the results in my crawl space. The entire crew was polite, professional, kept me informed and was very respectful of my home. I would highly recommend Woodford Brothers.
