6 months agoThe floors (COREtec Warwick Maple) came out better than I expected! I'm very happy with American Flooring and their employees, the price, and time in which they were able to start and finish the job. I have a few small critiques, but overall I am thrilled. The new floors make such a difference in my home. Brendan was a delight. Very professional and respectful, and called me on day 1 of the project and quickly stepped me through what they would be doing, gave me ballpark on when they would be complete and what to expect. -

1 year agoGeorge at American Flooring is WONERFUL ! I called with a carpet concern 3 YEARS AFTER our carpet was installed. He came out to our home PERSONALLY to check it out. Within 2 weeks time there was a crew of 3 men who came to our home and fixed the carpeting back to original status....And on top of ALL that it was done with a SMILE and NO CHARGE !!!!! American Flooring Certainly stands behind their work with Amazing Customer Service. I will Definitely Use Them Again in the Future and Highly Recommend Them to anyone looking for Flooring and or Carpeting ! -

2 years agoI booked an appointment for an in home estimate online and received an email confirmation. When no one showed up for the appointment, I spoke to a woman over the phone that said the online portal doesn't work anymore. Rebooking seemed like an inconvenience and when I told her to not bother, I got the feeling she was relieved. Heads up to anyone booking using their website.
