1 month agoI bought a walk in shower and glass sliding doors. Shower was chipped and broken. I ordered a new shower. Original glass doors did not fit new shower so I bought new sliding doors. I was charged 300$ for a restocking fee from the original doors. I wasn't informed about restocking fees. -

6 months agoHorrible customer service from the young guy at the HVAC desk the other day. I went into pick up a product for a job & was told I cannot buy that specific product I needed even though they had it in stock. He stated if I wanted this specific product I needed to get it from another company because apparently he knows more about my job than I do. I went to IRR supply for my purchase instead & had a great experience with them. The last few times I've been to this location, the staff appears to be irritated and in a hurry to get you away from the desk.
