2 weeks agoTim was a solid technician who actually knew what he was talking about. He didn't spend anytime on trying to upsell or suggest repairs that didn't need to happen (as suggested by another company). Instead he took the time to walk through the boiler and check every part, going so far as to call the manufacturer to verify installation, etc. Excellent service and look forward to continuing working with this company. -

3 years agoIt was an OK place to work, never micromanaged, just told what to do and left it up to myself to get it done. Only giving 2 stars for the fact that I am a service tech and not an installer and I kept aggravating a low back injury because Randy kept hiring people who would rather play on their phone or always wanted to stop to eat instead of working. Don't expect to get a word in when talking to Randy because he will interrupt you and talk over the top of you. Too much type A personality.
