He's been willing to take my calls with concerns, stop by to look at things if I'm overly concerned and the work has been top notch and affordable. Couldn't recommend more. -

1 year agoJust completed our split HVAC system install (furnace last fall and today the AC). The best company (no pun intended) you never heard of. Communication is prompt and accurate. Ken the tech has taken care of everything right from the initial consult to job completion. He is very knowledgeable, and I really appreciate his constant sharing of his knowledge as he works. He answers questions and explains things so thoroughly it's like attending HVAC school. He's always thinking outside the box to find ways to do a job that fits the customer's needs or preferences rather than just doing a cookbook installation. We haven't needed any service yet but I'm confident if and when we do it will be prompt and competent. I highly recommend Ken at Best HVAC to anyone needing plumbing, heating or cooling work. -
