3 weeks agoIf you are in need of heating or cooling, look no further! Dave is the best around! He updated our 1950's Stamm house with a brand new central heating and cooling system. All under house ducted. All while we were living in it and it was so smooth! Feels like a new house. So much more comfortable. We had shopped around for a little bit, but after meeting with Dave, our minds were made up. He laid out the project in such a methodical fashion that we were able to understand the whole process. He was very upfront and transparent and fair with his pricing. The job started when he said it would and ended when he said he would. Even with the unforeseen difficulties that he was able to creatively tackle. He was able to execute the project in a way that all of the other bids said wouldn't work and the result is just fantastic. Santa Fe Heating and Cooling is the way to go!! -

8 months agoThese guys are local, and they are the very best! Logically, David Aguirre said he could only guarantee his work, but not the performance of the Costway air conditioning eqiuipment I bought in advance, but he still came out to my house twice to see if everything was working right. Because the coolant runs through both units, one can freeze up if you leave it on all night at 17C. David gave me an install price which was actually 4 times less than his Albuquerque "professional" colleagues, and I am very happy with the units. In one day, he got it all out of boxes, on the roof and operational. Good job! -

8 months agoDavid and his team responded within an hour of my call to come out and look at my A/C unit. They ran through many different tests and were very thorough in their investigation of my problem. Through this entire process they explained everything they were looking for and why. Once the problem was identified they fixed it and helped identify other places that could help increase the efficiency of our system. All of this took less than an hour to complete. His team was incredibly honest and upfront with all the details and did not make me feel like an idiot even though the problems were caused by a lack of homeowner maintenance on my part. The real icing on the cake is that they were also very fair about their pricing. In no way did I feel ripped off or taken advantage of. I will happily call these guys back for any future problems! -

He was very prompt in his communications with me when installing a new condenser for our HVAC. When my HOA required pictures of the plan he was consistent in following through with this and even was willing to wait to receive my down payment until the HOA authorized his installation nearly 1 month after the initial plan for installation. Thank you David for a most personable, professional and timely service! I would recommend Santa Fe Cooling to anyone looking for Timely, professional HVAC services. -
