1 year agoI have 2 A/C units. One went out completely and the other could have been replaced however, Dwayne saved me over $2.4K because of his honesty and integrity. He recommended some repairs and replacement of parts to make the other unit last at least another year or more. This gives me time to save over the next year to replace this second one. I highly recommend Bluestone Refrigeration LLC. I had companies come before and they did not provide the customer service that Dwayne did. I observed his work. He finished 2 hours early without rushing the job. He and his assistant Eddie were very clean also. This job was tough and messy BUT you couldn't tell that they were here after they left. Also, there was no trash for me to pick up and throw away. Dwayne is a professional entreprenuer who owns Bridgestone Refrigeration LLC. He is now my A/C technician for life! -

1 year agoI have to give these people a 5 star rating. They showed up and were very professional and knowledgeable. They didn't throw parts at the HVAC system like some companies do. Their diagnostic process was very thorough and they took care of my system and it's running better since. Definitely recommend them. Worth the wait. We're definitely going to be using them again for future work. -

Owner was very responsive and knowledgeable (convinced me to go with American Standard) and the installation was quick and very professional. Next up is a mini split in my garage and I will be using Bluestone for the install and any future repairs
