  First repair was done and it was fine. Another repair was made which was not done correctly and still leaked when the water was turned back on. They told me the whole thing needed to replumbed and at that point, I decided to get other estimates. I had 2 other licensed plumbers give me bids of less than half of what Master Plumbers wanted for the job so I had one of them do it. I will not hire Master Plumbers again and will not recommend them to anyone. Their prices are outrageous. I do want to say that the young man, Diego, who did the work, is one of the nicest and the most polite people you could ever work with. His employer just charges too much.

  $50 Employee came in and wouldn't look at the water heater and then proceeded to try to sell us a new water heater that was WAY to expensive and he would let up. So we ended up paying him to tell us we needed a new water heater and be pushy and rude.

  Well it was thanksgiving and I did the big no no and used the garbage disposal for all the peeling from making food and clogged it with a combination of carrots and potatoes. So I knew it would be expensive to fix since it was a holiday. All in all service was fantastic and they were really nice about it.
