1 month agoI was assigned to this heating company through my home warranty company, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. For over a month, they were completely inaccessible. They would not answer their phone, return my calls, or even return calls from the home warranty company itself. I was without a properly functioning unit and ultimately needed to purchase an entirely new system, which you would think would be strong motivation for a business to return call, yet I couldn't even get basic communication from them. After weeks of silence and no progress, I had to escalate the situation and formally complain just to have my warranty claim reassigned to a more reliable provider. If you need reliable communication, timely service, or any sense of urgency, do not contact this company. I would not recommend them. -

3 months agoDown to earth experience from representative Robert to installers Jose and Christian. Since the installation, our new split system-XV20i has been working like a charm! It's quiet sounding from both the inside and the outside of the house. The temperature of the air coming out of the registers is ice cold and the times that it comes on is much less compared to the old unit (Rheem Prestige 5 Ton 17 SEER) we replaced. Robert gave us a very reasonable price after all said and done. Definitely recommend Dynamic for AC needs! -

It was a no-nonsense process and the work was done smoothly and professionally. This December, I needed to update my water heater since it decided to start leaking...my first call was to Dynamic.
