3 years agoWorst contractor ever. Did damage to my home and only partially repaired it. Left us without heat on one of the coldest nights of the year. Took way longer to do the work than claimed. Quoted the job with mistakes and couldn't finish it. Then, they abandoned the job after being fully paid. After a year, their shoddy workmanship is STILL causing damage to my home. They are incompetent and completely incapable. I hired them because of the positive reviews on here. Don't you believe any of them; you'll be wasting your money. -

3 years agoClass action lawsuit anyone? Marco billed us $7000 just to give an AC that wasn't the proper size for our square footage and he hired a contractor without disclosing it to us, we had carbon monoxide leaking in the home because of the work they did. Most unprofessional company ever they must have their license provoked. Not to mention they are unresponsive and take no responsibility for their work. Took them two weeks to install an AC entirely and even after the fact we were missing parts to our furnace and they put my family in danger with carbon monoxide. It also started leaking water in the furnace area and their solution was to wire a tube outside of our home ( in the photo we have a bucket under the tube in case it made the water bill jump so we used the water on our plants). -

4 years agoAbsolutely DO NOT use this company! The owner Marcos Beltran is horrible. Got a quote to install 2 evaporative ac's. Work was to be done on Friday. Paid $1,500 down payment. Calls Friday morning says two of his guys are sick and have to be tested for covid. We agree to reschedule for Monday. Come Monday he is a no call no show. Try to call three times. Get voicemail. Text. No response. Email. No response. Final email call and text telling him job is canceled and to refund and or reverse down payment on my card. Finally sends me a text message apologizing and promises to refund my down payment which I am still waiting for. Will probably have to file a dispute with my financial institution. Don't know how this guy is still in business. Avoid like the plague! -

4 years agoMarco arrived 4 hours late the day my install was schedule, with multiple excuses. He made a huge mess in the house because there was no protection put down and my floor was covered in gravel. When the install was "complete" he claimed there was an electrical issue, so we had to have an electrician come out, turns out he had installed the motor incorrectly. He sent someone to "fix it" then came to collect the 2nd half of his payment. The unit still didn't function. He returned again and was able to get the unit to power up, and as soon as it turned on, he requested payment for the remaining balance. Which I supplied. Within an hour, I realized the air was blowing hot, not cold. I've since text him many times, and called over and over with no response. I've now paid $2600 for a swamp cooler that works worse than the one it replaced. Communication is horrible, left a mess, and didn't do what he was paid to do. Believe the posts that say don't use him - or make sure everything is 100% complete before payment. He won't come back after he's been paid. -

4 years agoDoes NOT answer or return calls or texts. Finally got ahold of him, set up an appointment and he never showed. I DO NOT recommend!!!! All the 5 star reviews is how I felt a year ago when I needed a new A/C installed. But the promised 2 years maintenance was not fulfilled. VERY VERY unprofessional!!!!!
