4 months agoWe've been having issues with our minisplits' efficiency. We'd had two other electricians out to look who basically gave us a shrug, a several-hundred-dollars-per-head cleaning price quote, and a suggestion that maybe we should just replace the whole system. That didn't feel right, so we called Harder for another opinion. Dave came out, took a look and could tell things needed cleaning, and explained the issues in a straightforward manner. Got them cleaned in about an hour for substantially less $$ than the other folks' estimates (and he didn't try to upsell us, either, just said to reach out if we had further issues). They were prompt and communicative about an unexpected scheduling issue, too. Long story short, Harder was easy to work with, and we were very happy with the work! -
