  $2,500 I called Servpro at midnight and they were at my house within an hr! I was very upset and didn't know what to do. They calmed me down and explain everything in detail that they were going to do step by step. I told them I didn't have that much money and couldn't pay the deposit.. They told me they never collect deposits and charge my insurance directly so I never saw the bill. They started by sucking up all the water from my entire house. Then they removed my carpet and pad due to it was destroyed. We then went around and they helped me determine want was ruined and what i could save. Servpro then checked every wall foot by foot with a moisture reader and determined that all the walls were soaked 2 feet up due to the standing water being their for a few days. All the walls that had insulation, they removed the drywall 2 feet up and cut out the wet insulation to prevent mold. They then went around and sprayed a solution that prevents mold and disinfects everything. after they cleaned up all the drywall and mess the brought in fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the whole house. By the time they were done it was close to 7 am and they had done a lot of work , the whole time with positive attitudes. When everything was said and done I pretty much had a brand new home and wasn't charged a dime! Insurance paid for everything and Servpro went above and beyond and saved my home. I even tipped the whole crew that was their for their hard and honest work! I will recommend Servpro to everyone. -S.R.
