  Maid Service I have used Molly Maids since they first came to Albuquerque under the previous owners. Minerva has been my team leader for about 8- 10 years. I've been pleased with the work that they have done and the speed with which they did it. In the past, there have been accidents where things got broken or damaged and Molly Maids has always stood behind it and repaired the damage. Last week, they scratched my stainless steel stove top. This was not a small scratch and whoever did it would have known immediately what had happened. In fact, they called me to tell me there was a scratch on the stove top that they couldn't get out and they took pictures. Why would they do that unless they knew there was going to be a problem? They sent a supervisor out to look at it and the maids claimed that it was like that when they got here. It most definitely was not. The girl in the office called me a liar. Minerva knows what happened and that's for her to live with.

  $597 I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get me in the next day! The ladies (the #8 team) did a great job on the move out clean with all the baseboards and carpets. I was a little disappointed in the pricing it wasn't what I was expecting. After showing the home upon their arrival they said it would take like 3 hours for my 1050 sq home. It ended up took approximately 4.5 hours to clean with 2 people and they do charge by the hour for their services. Their website quoted $225-335 which is why I selected them compared to other cleaning companies. However, it ended up being almost $600 which I was not expecting. I understand that it is by the condition of the home but the house as empty, I explained the kitchen was the most important. While the ladies were sweet I would have only picked select rooms and done the rest myself. I also explained when they arrived that I wanted to pay cash or check and they said I could pay it Monday. Then the card I had on file was charged instead and I didn't even know what the final cost was until a notification from my bank appeared. Before and after photos of the home are listed below. And needless to say I am disappointed in the customer service and how the situation was handled.

  I was very happy with service. They arrived most of the time, on time . They are willing to change the date without a problem and they did a good job.

  Molly Maids were great, at first. I needed help with cleaning the house as I was a full time worker and full time student. Over 1.5 years of using them, I got to know the team well. One member was consistent and her partner seemed to change a lot. Overall, they broke 4 items (2 statues, 1 kitchen item, 1 computer cable was cut in half with a vacuum). The computer cable was replaced but the other items were discounted on the next session. The fans are not dusted, shower not scrubbed, etc. The biggest thing for me is trust and theft. I have a necklace that was gifted to me that had the chain switched out. I would never switch the chain because it belonged to the necklace. The chain it was switched with was longer, a different link type and clasp. I am also missing 4 total diamond rings. At first, I figured I lost one, because I have done so in the past. But all four? I do not wear rings because of my job... they were sitting on my nightstand and gradually started disappearing. Now there is no way I can prove this because there are no cameras in the house but old pictures of my necklace confirm it is a different chain. Molly Maids suggested I write a police report, but that is all. It's frustrating because there's no way I can get my personal items back. It was always nice to come home to a clean home, but my trust is broken at this point and we have to move on...

  Did a complete and quick job. Three people went through and had everything looking great in a short amount of time.
