  We got stuck with this company because our HOA uses them. We are having recurring problems with roaches which they cannot get under control. Even worse, a technician broke our range which is a drop in and very hard to find a replacement or fix without it being very pricey. The owner and manager assured us that they would take care of this to our satisfaction and as of yet it is going on three weeks and we still have a broken stove with an owner who is argumentative and will not give out insurance information to file a claim. He tried to have his technician take our oven door off to send it somewhere and get the glass fixed and would not tell us where he was sending it. Did not report it to the HOA will not give out insurance information for us to file a claim and is argumentative about what we are going through trying to get this replaced which is going to be expensive. Very unhappy and I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. I would not recommend this company at all.

  It went well! Two days later I called to ask some questions. He was very responsive and told me what to do. He said if they were not gone, to please call him and he would come on out. The advice he gave me worked.

  I'd had a long history with Bug Off. I found the one exterminator I'd known was always courteous and nice, very trustworthy. However, this operator always seemed to spray just prior to rain, like within 20 minutes of a downpour. One of the employees/Exterminators asked if he could use my restroom. I let him with uneasiness. The following month he asked again and I called the company and requested a new Exterminator. I got one... This new person sprayed Boric Acid Powder into my attic without inspecting my air handler system or turning off my air conditioner. He had no idea what he was doing and due to someone damaging my system, I had a thick plume of powder come into the house via every vent. The powder was so thick I couldn't see through it and the smoke alarms went off 2 times. I ran outside and yelled into the attic for him to stop spraying, but he didn't hear me. When he was done spraying he came out of the attic and had no idea what to do, so he went into my home and opened all the windows and doors that he could, but never turned off the air handler. He went in and out of the house looking around befuddled. He was not instructed for any emergencies, nor how to handle an extreme and unpleasant situation like this. I waited 2 hours in the 90+ degree heat for the regional manager to inspect my home telling me "Its nothing" and him giving me his cell phone to speak with the owner telling me the same. When I requested a copy of my contract I was told the person who'd signed me no longer works for the company and they weren't sure where the contract was. That was over a week ago with not even a phone call back. What I did receive was a bill for their services. I am now out over $3,000 due to a one week hotel stay, a/c repair, Stanley Steemer vent/duct cleaning and home cleaning. I would not recommend this company to a friend.

  $37 It was an older guy who had been in the business for 25 years that came. He was knowledgeable and told me what I needed and didn't need. They were a little more expensive but I feel more comfortable with them. He has only been here once and they were responsive to my calls.
