5 months agoI don't know who is linked to this Google search, but it's not Bosque plumbing and heating. I called the number provided by Google, and it wasn't Bosque. I booked an appointment to have my furnace maintained, and was no call no showed. -

1 year agoToday's HVAC inspection was done efficiently and with expertise by both Zeke and Milano. The inspection was carried out and all questions addressed completely. The service is at the apex of professionalism ! -

1 year agoI contracted Bosque Plumbing and Heating for new heating and cooling system. I was approved for $15,000 with Service Finance. The actual invoice for the job was $13,000. Service Finance funded the job at $15,000 and Bosque kept the difference never refunding the difference. Never provided appliance documentation or rebate information either. They have unethical business practices. -

1 year agoBosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing have terrible ethics. Twice they came back to fix a plumbing issue. They refused attempts to contact them by not returning my phone calls or emails. With plenty of heating, cooling, plumbing, and now roofing contractors in town. Make a better choice. -

2 years agoPlease read! This company is not bonded or licensed even though the tech, Lary said they are. They replaced a fuse in my commercial refrigerator unit with a copper pipe, causing thousands in damages. Once a single thing goes wrong, their call center stops connecting you with assistance. I contacted the state of New Mexico to file a complaint against licensed contractors and this company is not on file, nor are any of their techs.

FAQ
Does Bosque Heating, Cooling & Plumbing offer free estimates for HVAC installation or plumbing repairs?
We provide detailed written estimates that outline equipment, labor, and any needed permits to help you understand the full scope upfront. Pricing depends on factors like system size, home layout, and specific repairs required, such as water line fixes or A/C replacements. This approach ensures transparency and avoids surprises on the final bill.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured for HVAC and plumbing work?
Bosque Heating, Cooling & Plumbing carries the necessary licensing, bonding, and insurance to handle residential and commercial HVAC installations, repairs, plumbing, and related services safely. Our technicians meet requirements for tasks involving refrigerants and comply with local permitting standards. Homeowners should always verify proof of these credentials before starting any project.
Does Bosque Heating, Cooling & Plumbing handle emergency water line repairs and water damage restoration?
We manage emergency water line repairs, flooding issues, and water damage restoration alongside our HVAC and plumbing services. Our team responds quickly to leaks or floods, assessing damage from studs up and coordinating complete fixes. For water damage, we address both immediate plumbing needs and any affected HVAC components to prevent further issues.
What is your typical timeline and arrival window for scheduling service appointments?
Bosque Heating, Cooling & Plumbing schedules appointments with clear arrival windows and sticks to them, even for complex jobs like full system replacements. We stay on-site until the work is complete, which might extend into evenings for installations, while keeping you updated on progress. Expect a defined timeline from initial contact through to final testing and walkthrough.
Does Bosque Heating, Cooling & Plumbing clean up after HVAC or plumbing jobs and handle debris removal?
We use protective measures like drop cloths during the job and thoroughly clean the work area afterward, removing all debris from HVAC installations, plumbing repairs, or water damage work. This leaves your home as we found it or better, with no mess for you to handle. Proper disposal of old equipment and materials follows local regulations.
Why is hiring you for HVAC repair or installation safer and better than attempting a DIY fix?
Our professional approach includes full system inspections, load calculations for proper sizing, and verification of airflow, refrigerant levels, and electrical components to ensure safe, efficient operation. DIY attempts risk improper sizing, refrigerant mishandling without EPA certification, or duct issues that shorten equipment life and raise energy costs. We follow industry standards for installation, testing, and code compliance, reducing liability and future problems.
