7 months agoI don't know who is linked to this Google search, but it's not Bosque plumbing and heating. I called the number provided by Google, and it wasn't Bosque. I booked an appointment to have my furnace maintained, and was no call no showed. -

1 year agoI contracted Bosque Plumbing and Heating for new heating and cooling system. I was approved for $15,000 with Service Finance. The actual invoice for the job was $13,000. Service Finance funded the job at $15,000 and Bosque kept the difference never refunding the difference. Never provided appliance documentation or rebate information either. They have unethical business practices. -

1 year agoBosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing have terrible ethics. Twice they came back to fix a plumbing issue. They refused attempts to contact them by not returning my phone calls or emails. With plenty of heating, cooling, plumbing, and now roofing contractors in town. Make a better choice. -

2 years agoI am editing my initial 5 star review. I am not sure what has happened to Bosque but it is not good. When I first used them a few years ago I had just bought my home and purchased an air conditoner from them. I could not say enough good things about the front office staff and the technicians. Come to find out everyone is now gone, all of them. This year I called for a start up of my air conditioner. What I got was some guy flying higher than a kite on some kind of drugs. He had no idea what he was doing. I had to call them back a few days later. I was told that guy had been fired. In the next coming weeks I had to call them back 3 more times until my air conditioner was up and running correctly. This past weekend I had an issue with my pilot light on water heater. On Saturday mid morning I called them. I was told they would put a call out and someone would call me back. I never heard anything all weekend. Monday morning I called them again only to be told they do not do call outs on weekends anylonger . Now I am feeling uneasy and have lost faith in them. I asked to speak to a manager. I want to ask for a refund on the service plan I purchased since I will not use them for the close down of my air conditioner. The front office girl who is exceptionally nice took my message and said he would call me back. I never heard back. I called again that afternoon, she apologized and said she'd leave him another message and he'd call me back. Here it is Friday afternoon and I am still waiting for a returned call. I have put alot of money towards this business but not anymore. I will take my business to business that cares. ~~~~ I apologize it took me a while to write this. From the first couple of times I called Bosque Heating the girls, Bethany and Erin, were nothing but courteous, professional and on top of things! Thank you! I had an air conditoner installed and work done on my water heater. Working with Miguel and Joe has been nothing but a pleasant experience, all of them for that matter. Both Miguel and Joe are always on time, courteous and very professional. Miguel is the epitome of a hard worker and extremely honest! I will continue to use Bosque for my heating and cooling needs as the seasons change as I know I will get top notch, honest service! Thank you Bosque Heating and Cooling for an amazing staff!!
