3 months agoOur garage door quit working. I waited until after the holidays to call. The technicians came to our house the next day, took one look at the door and opener and knew what to do. In less than 30 minutes they had the opener fixed. I should have called sooner. It was all so easy and the guys were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Custom Overhead Doors. -

9 months agoMy garage door was blown partly into my garage during the freak storm we had Monday night. I was outside assessing the damage Tuesday morning when two guys from Custom Overhead Doors happened to drive by, going to another job. They stopped and asked if I needed help. Of course I said yes! They got the door back in place, fixed the frame of the garage and then went back to their shop to get the materials to replace the damaged tracks that the door slides on when opening and closing. They had to work in cramped and dark conditions as the door fell against my vehicles. They did a wonderful job and were careful not to damage the vehicles. The cost was very reasonable. I am so grateful that they happened by when I really needed the help and whole heartedly and highly recommend this company. -

1 year agoNOT HONEST! I called to get a quote to replace the bottom seal for my garage door. The woman I spoke with told me it would be $135, so I scheduled the appointment. Come to find out the quote was wrong! It was $285 instead, according to the installer, she must have given me the price of the wrong seal. As a veteran and manager of two businesses myself, they should have honored the lower price. Not sure if this is incompetence or fraud, either way be careful when using this company.
