2 months agoI hired this company for a deep clean hoping it would help me get my home back in order during an extremely difficult time in my life. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. During the cleaning, the crew broke my television and a utensil crock, yet the owner refused to take any responsibility for the damage. On top of that, the quality of the cleaning itself was careless and unprofessional. Wall pictures were left crooked, the attic light was left on, and the liner from my bath mat was thrown away without asking. The most alarming and unacceptable issue was that the crew left my front door wide open when they left the house. It remained open for hours until my daughter came home from work and discovered it. This is an extremely serious safety issue that never should have happened. When I contacted the owner to discuss these problems, instead of showing concern or attempting to resolve the situation, they were condescending and dismissive. There was no accountability for the broken items, the careless work, or the security risk created by leaving my home open. I had reached out for help during a very vulnerable time - after multiple deaths in the family, losing our senior dogs, recovering from a chronic illness, and managing renovations on a second home while my primary home had been neglected. I trusted this company to help bring some relief during an already overwhelming period. Instead, the experience added more stress and frustration. If you are considering hiring this company, I strongly recommend thinking twice. Based on my experience, there was a complete lack of care, professionalism, and accountability. -
