3 months agoI had two HVAC systems installed and the whole experience was great. The team was super personable, easy to talk to, and really knew their stuff. They explained everything clearly and made the process smooth from start to finish. The install was clean and done right. Definitely recommend if you're looking for quality work and good people. -

2 years agoThese guys showed up this past December to replace our heating and air-conditioning system. Last Monday, as scheduled, they showed up to do the initial starting of the air conditioner. My wife's father is retired union guy doing this type of work and he said they did a very clean install. Everything works great and we could not be happier. -

2 years agoThe owner Bernie showed up when he said he would and gave us a fair quote to replace both of our heating and air conditioning systems. He was not the cheapest, but they installed quality equipment (Carrier) and his references checked out perfectly. The day of the installation (4 days after receiving the quote) his guys showed up between 8 and 9 AM, which is when he said they would be here. They were professional and neat (drop cloths covering all floors). They had both systems completely changed out in a day and a half. They took away all garbage and cleaned up nicely. The lead installer, Keith was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly went over our new energy efficient systems and took extra time to program and explain to us our new Wi-Fi thermostats. Keith's guys seemed to really enjoy working under him and all three worked very well together. We highly recommend Bernie, Keith and the rest of the crew over at Accurate HVAC. -

9 years agoWe used Accurate Heating and Air Conditioning. Our air completely stopped on the 4th of July weekend. Our air conditioner is 15 years old. They came out on the 5th and repaired the unit in 1 hr. Replaced a contact switch and a capacitor electrical parts. The service representative was very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and presented himself in a clean and tidy uniform. 707-446-9073. Local company here in Browns Valley. -

11 years agoI started using Accurate Heating and Air to maintenance the HVAC in my home approx. 15 years ago. In that period of time, they have performed maintenance, repair, duct cleaning and sealing, and installed a new HVAC system when my old one aged out. This company is local, responsive, has a very professional but friendly staff, and does quality work. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

FAQ
Does Accurate HVAC offer free estimates for HVAC repairs and installations?
We provide detailed written estimates upfront so you know the full scope and cost before any work begins. These estimates cover labor, parts, and timelines based on your specific system needs like furnaces or air conditioners. This approach helps avoid surprises and lets you plan accordingly.
Are you licensed, insured, and certified for HVAC work?
Accurate HVAC carries all necessary licensing, bonding, and insurance to meet local requirements and protect your property during service. Our technicians hold EPA 608 certification for handling refrigerants safely. This ensures compliance with codes and provides recourse if issues arise.
Does Accurate HVAC handle duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning along with furnace and AC repairs?
We perform duct and dryer vent cleaning as part of our comprehensive HVAC services, including maintenance, repairs, and installations for furnaces, air conditioners, and ductwork. These tasks improve airflow, efficiency, and indoor air quality in your home. Regular cleaning prevents issues like restricted systems or fire hazards from lint buildup.
What should I expect for scheduling and arrival times with you?
We arrive on time within the agreed window and complete jobs efficiently, such as repairing a unit in about one hour for urgent fixes. For larger installations like heating and AC replacements, work follows the quoted timeline from start to finish. Clear communication sets expectations for your convenience.
Does Accurate HVAC clean up after HVAC service and handle debris properly?
We clean up thoroughly after every job, leaving your home as we found it or better, including removing old parts and debris from repairs or installations. Technicians use drop cloths and shoe covers to protect floors and furnishings during the process. This professional practice minimizes disruption to your daily routine.
Why is hiring you safer and better than attempting HVAC repairs as a DIY project?
Our experienced technicians quickly diagnose issues like faulty furnaces or aging air conditioners without the risks of mishandling gas lines, refrigerants, or electrical components that DIY attempts often involve. We avoid unnecessary replacements and focus on cost-effective repairs, as shown in fixing 15- or 35-year-old units successfully. Professional tools and knowledge ensure safety, code compliance, and long-term system performance over trial-and-error methods.
