They got the heat back on the same visit, made sure the system was running properly, and didn't try to upsell or push unnecessary work. Very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. 1 month agoWe have had Brian and then Tony come to do yearly maintenance on both our furnace and central air and they were always professional and helpful each visit. Brian also helped us with some minor ductwork repairs as well and prices were always reasonable. When we had an issue with the furnace this year, Tony came out and was able to diagnose the issue. Based on the age of the system we decided to go with a replacement. We didn't feel pressured or like we were being oversold anything. Pete and everyone did a great job with the install especially because of the tricky location in the attic with the furnace and where our air conditioning unit is located, with Pete explaining to us everything about the system along the way. He also communicated the entire process and times and they left everything clean. -
