2 months agoWe had a persistent wasp problem at our home, and from the first call, Dean was honest and transparent about the process, explaining exactly what needed to be done. His expertise in dealing with wasps was evident, as he thoroughly assessed the situation and took swift action to address it. What really stood out was their commitment to their 90-day guarantee. We had to call them back three times due to the stubborn wasp issue, and each time, Dean or another team member came out the same day to tackle it. There was never any hesitation or pushback, they honored their guarantee without question and treated each visit with the same urgency and care as the first. The level of responsiveness and dedication to customer satisfaction is rare. Dean's knowledge and proactive approach made us feel confident that the problem would be resolved, and it was. Dante is a full on bug detective; finding bees within our wall and addressing it inside and out. I cannot commend Dante enough. Dean is running a great business.
