2 months agoRecommend this company very highly, especially Senior technician Allen who came on a Sunday to assess my situation and give me a price and Dan H and his crew of 5 who arrived the following day when they worked from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Three huge trucks were on site for this entire time. The job was completed to my satisfaction. They were proficient, professional, and pricey but well worth it. They even accepted a post-dated check as banks were closed for MLK Day. -

2 months agoI called Bill Leary for an estimate to replace my outdated HVAC system. I chose Bill Leary because I have heard nothing but good things about them and I have seen their trucks around for decades. I was planning on getting a few estimates before making a decision. Allen, the Senior Tech arrived on Friday and we discussed my options. I qualified for 0% financing. Allen gave me a great deal and said my new unit will be installed on Monday. Dan and his crew arrived first thing Monday morning and had my old unit out and the new unit up and running in no time. I highly recommend this company -

2 months agoAllen, Shawn B, DJ, & Crew came in and did their thing! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, timely, & courteous! There was a basement flood caused by a negligent contractor which resulted in 14" of water in the basement damaging a hot water heater and two boilers. In less than a few hours, they came in, replaced all three units, and had everything up and running! I cannot stop singing their praises! Thank you for your excellent services! 2 months agoAfter living in our home for 21/2 years with no working heat and relying on space heaters, Bill Leary Air Conditioning & Heating completely changed our lives. We scheduled an appointment on Sunday (12/7) and met the technician Allen, who was nothing short of an angel. He was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Even more incredible - he had his team scheduled for the very next morning. The very next morning, four vans arrived right at 8:00 AM. The crew worked nonstop all day in freezing temperatures, were professional, respectful, answered every question, and left everything spotless. A huge thank you to Anthony, the lead technician - what a sweetheart and absolute perfectionist. He went above and beyond, explained everything thoroughly, and even gave us his phone number before leaving in case we had any questions. That level of care is rare. We also had electrical work done by Spitaletto Electric, and I cannot say enough great things about Vincent Spitaletto, the owner and electrician. Our home is very old, and the electrical panels were a mess. He and his partner completely redid two panels, leaving them neat, clean, and professionally organized. They finished in a day and a half, were incredibly kind, and did outstanding work. Because of Bill Leary, Allen, Anthony, Vincent, and the entire team, we now have heat throughout our entire home - something we honestly never thought would be possible. This company is professional, compassionate, honest, efficient, and reasonably priced. If you need heating, air conditioning, or electrical work done, call Bill Leary. They are truly number one.
