11 months agoDO NOT USE JGENTLE VAN LINES / JG TRANSPORTATION / JJ VANLINE. It's the same shady company operating under multiple names. We were sold a "stress-free" move by Joseph Caputo, who completely ghosted us once they had our money. Our belongings were supposed to arrive on June 1st-they showed up in the middle of the night, AFTER leaving us without any essentials in a new home for 24+ hours. My antique vanity (which I restored myself) was severely damaged. We're still unpacking and finding more issues. The customer service was nonexistent. The "owner" refused to respond at all. The final bill was wildly inflated from what we were quoted, and their communication was horrible the entire time. We've now found out they operate under multiple names to dodge accountability, and this seems to be a pattern of fraud. We are filing formal complaints with FMCSA, DOT, BBB, and state AGs. If you value your sanity, your money, or your belongings-STAY AWAY. -

They were exceptionally courteous and went above and beyond their duties. When I requested that they relocate additional furniture, they accommodated my request without hesitation. 1 year agoWhile I've never used this company for anything, I guarantee you after damn near being run off the highway by their truck, I would never. Not only did they cross the divider into the HOV lane illegally, they did not look and pushed us into the median. The driver is VERY wreckeless. Something should be done. Tag #AX 856L. This happened TODAY, May 31st at 2pm on I91.
