1 month agoI was initially told that the project manager would be handling the communication with my insurance company. The PM then told me I had to make the call. I did and then when it was time to communicate with the insurance company the details, I was told to tell the insurance company to call the PM by the PM. When they came to cleanup and retrieve their fans, they gave me a hard time when I asked for them to put back the furniture. I had to help them move the furniture, not easy as a female when it's heavy furniture, because of the attitude I was receiving. Whenever I received the paperwork from the insurance company, I noticed that there were items that were not submitted correctly, such as the time it took to retrieve equipment. When I expressed my concerns to someone at New Method, they did not acknowledge any fault and instead of apologizing for the experience I had, they continued to give excuses. Would def not recommend using this company. -

2 months agoThe biggest heartfelt THANK YOU to New Method Restoration for saving and taking excellent care of my home! I already knew I would be in good hands as I previously worked with Josh and Nikko at another company unfortunately run by a tyrant. They were wise to take their knowledge and expertise and start their own company - with professional values, high morals and standards; and most importantly treating their employees and customers with respect and dignity. These qualities are clearly shown in their excellent workmanship. I had a hot water pipe that burst and leaked through my dining room ceiling leaving an apx 6ft hole, down the wall and into my basement. Everything needed to be removed and dried. Dustin, the project manager, took his job seriously and treated me, my home and my tenants with the utmost care. He explained the process thoroughly and kept me updated throughout the duration of the job- about 3 days. The crews were clean, tidy and respectful. They made sure to secure unaffected areas to limit the mess. I am very particular about my home and how it's cared for, I'm also familiar with this line of service - I have zero complaints and a heart full of gratitude. I'm not religious, but Josh and Nikko are angels and truly saved me during a crisis. I'm deeply grateful. 100% will recommend New Method to anyone needing water damage or mold remediation. These guys are top notch! -

4 months agoI had water damage in my master bedroom that went thru my office living room kitchen and basement 30 minutes after making the call two guys of the team showed up to install some commercial humidifier. The next day Saturday the dream team showed up Henry Jilo Joni and Victor. They were superb very professional and very thorough I would definitely recommend this company and these guys.
