9 months agoI've been a customer for about two years, and I used to recommend this company often - especially because John was fantastic to work with. Unfortunately, since he's no longer with the company, the service has gone downhill fast. I scheduled a repair and had an estimator come out over a month ago. As of today, I still haven't received an estimate. I called to follow up, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. The woman who answered asked for my name three times, repeatedly calling me "Shannon" even after I clearly said and spelled "Sharon." She also asked multiple times for the name of the company, which I had already provided. Then I was transferred to someone else who again asked for the company name - twice. When I expressed how frustrating the service has been, he responded with rudeness and zero professionalism. This is not the same company it used to be. Sadly, I'll be looking for another fence company going forward. I can no longer recommend them. -
