2 months agoI can't say enough good things about the team at PuroClean of Strafford County, especially Randy. We had a customer dealing with an ice dam that caused water to leak into their library-of course it happened the day before I was leaving for vacation. Randy Corbin stepped in immediately and handled everything. He coordinated the cleanup, managed the dry-out process, and worked directly with the insurance company on billing. His communication and organization made a stressful situation much easier to manage. When I returned from vacation, the staff took the time to bring me up to speed and even educated me on the mitigation work that had been done. Their quick response likely prevented much more serious damage to the customer's home. Because of their professionalism, efficiency, and responsiveness, PuroClean of Strafford County will absolutely be my go-to mitigation company moving forward for all of my clients' homes. Highly recommend! -

3 months agoWe woke up to a flood on New Year's Day 2026 (Thursday) and immediately contacted our insurance company to file a claim. The claims representative came out the following day (Friday) and recommended PuroClean. Tyson arrived the next day (Saturday) and set up fans and dehumidifiers right away. Tyson and his crew returned first thing Monday morning and got straight to work. Tyson took the time to clearly explain the entire process and what we could expect. His team was professional, respectful, and courteous at all times. They spent the entire week remediating and cleaning the affected areas, removing all damaged sheetrock and cleaning up thoroughly at every step. Their attention to detail and care for our home were greatly appreciated. Every member of the team was kind, responsible, and trustworthy. We never felt uncomfortable having them in our home, which made an already stressful situation much easier to get through. A big thank you to Nevin, Justin, Dustin, Casey, Alex, and Tyson. You truly made a bad experience so much better. We are very grateful. -

FAQ
How does PuroClean of Strafford County determine pricing for water damage cleanup?
We provide custom estimates based on the scope of damage, affected area size, and required services. Pricing factors include water extraction, drying equipment deployment, material removal, and any reconstruction needs. Contact us at (603) 664-3727 to schedule an assessment-we'll walk you through costs before work begins so there are no surprises.
Are you licensed and insured for water damage restoration work?
PuroClean of Strafford County holds IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration and Fire Damage Restoration, plus EPA LEAD RRP and subrogation certifications. Our team consists of certified restoration professionals with over a decade of combined experience. We work directly with insurance companies and follow industry standards to ensure your claim is handled properly.
Can PuroClean of Strafford County handle both water damage and fire/smoke restoration?
Yes, we manage the full spectrum of property damage restoration. Beyond water extraction and drying, we provide fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, and complete reconstruction services. Whether you're dealing with flooding, ice dam damage, fire damage, or mold growth, we handle every phase under one roof to streamline recovery.
What should I expect for emergency response time when I call?
PuroClean of Strafford County guarantees a 2-hour emergency response 24/7/365 throughout Southern New Hampshire. When you call (603) 664-3727, our team mobilizes immediately to assess damage, begin water extraction, and deploy drying equipment. Fast response prevents secondary damage like mold growth and structural deterioration, which saves time and money in the long run.
How does PuroClean of Strafford County handle debris removal and cleanup after restoration work?
We manage debris removal as part of our comprehensive service. Our team removes damaged materials, wet drywall, contaminated insulation, and other waste generated during restoration. We leave your home clean and safe, with the work area restored to livable condition. Proper disposal follows environmental and safety regulations, so you don't have to coordinate multiple contractors.
Why is professional water damage restoration better than handling it yourself?
Professional restoration uses industrial-grade equipment, moisture detection technology, and proven drying protocols that DIY methods cannot match. We identify hidden moisture in walls, crawl spaces, and subflooring that causes mold and structural damage months later. Our IICRC-certified approach prevents costly secondary problems, works with your insurance claim, and restores your home safely and thoroughly-something DIY cleanup simply cannot guarantee.
