1 year agoWaiting on carpet for 2 weeks day before install they call me to tell me they got wrong carpet and now it will take 17 days longer to get a install i don't see why they wait till day before to get the carpet after i move a lot of my things out of rooms i think its time to call up 50 floor and see how fast they can do a job. i just got response from looks like the owner saying they would like to make things right but i have no way to reply to his answer so im writing it here. I feel that after moving most furniture out of rooms which i was trying to help them out and also pulling all trim off from around all the walls and knowing this has been hard for me do to having lung cancer and throat cancer but was trying to be nice i feel that something should be done by this company but ill leave it in their hands -

1 year agoThey are ok till after the sale. They took apart my bed for the carpet (paid extra for this) and my bed was not put together again properly and now needs to be repaired. It took 3 phone calls to get a receipt, etc. -

We had gone to Home Depot - they came out to measure our mill building area, then wanted to send the installers to view our uneven floors- 2 weeks (its a hundred year plus old building), then could not install for 3 weeks after that...Lowes never called me after i stopped in and gave them my information. I called National Carpet and Flooring - spoke with Joyce and she was pleasant and positive. I went down 30 minutes later and they had exactly what I needed - Linda the owner came out 2 days later to measure and a week later it was installed! And...here is the best part! There was a roll of carpet left over - a day later I got a call from Joyce and she said...we over estimated the yardage and we are sending you a check for the left over materials! They could have kept it and never said a thing! As a business owner I appreciate the attention to detail and honesty. Need carpet or flooring...I highly recommend them.
