Judy and Dawn were great to work with as we came up with a plan for replacing linoleum with beautiful porcelain tiles in my condo's kitchen and two baths. The installation team was very talented, professional and I'm completely thrilled with the final result. 3 weeks agoI went to Messina's to look at some carpet. I did not have an appointment but the sign on the door said "walk ins welcome". There was one employee working at a desk with a customer and another employee sitting at another desk. Neither acknowledged us. We looked around for about 5-10 minutes and no one approached or offered help. The girl at the desk got up, went in back room, and came back and still never asked if we needed help. Even if both were busy, at least an acknowledgment would have been nice. We eventually walked out! Very poor customer service in my opinion. -
