6 months agoJake at PureTemp and his team are incredible. I'm a young widow and my husband used to take care of all of the home maintenance stuff, so it's been daunting to have to figure out who to call with problems, how to avoid getting taken for a ride with prices, and generally feeling out of my wheelhouse. When our heat pumps that my husband had installed a few years ago stopped working, I was lucky enough to be recommended to talk to Jake. When I first called him he apologetically said he was booked solid for two weeks, but he sounded so kind and competent on the phone that I said I could wait. Turns out he had an opening to come by 5 days later, and he did a very thorough diagnostic assessment of our system. Poor guy had a lot of questions I had no idea the answer to, but he was able to bear with me. When we sat down after to go over everything, I asked him if in his honest opinion it would be easier and better long-term to replace the whole unit rather than fix it piece meal. He was so concerned with making sure I got the best price but also the best value and a good system that he felt was high quality. The thing about Jake is I just felt immediately like I could trust his expertise and kindness. In the end we decided to replace the whole unit, and he came and got it done for me within a week. He was so sweet to my dogs, so patient with my lack of knowledge of where anything was, and installed the new system in a torrential downpour. I cannot say enough good things about this man and his company. Thank you, Jake, for keeping my kids, dogs and me warm this upcoming winter, and for being a genuinely kind and compassionate guy. -

7 months agoHighly recommend Pure Temp. Jake, the owner came out to service our furnace. We needed to replace a part before the colder weather sets in and had reached out to other companies with no response. Meeting Jake was such a breath of fresh air, very sincere, genuine and honest. He completed service within an hour and even had time to chat after. His pricing was extremely fair. Upon Jake leaving we asked for several business cards to hand out to family. Truly a company you want in your back pocket. Great job Jake!!!!! -
