12 years agoHe did the work, it was fine as far as I was concerned. It didn't rain for a while, though, and when it did, the downspout leaks like crazy. I've called and he keeps promising that he'll come out to correct it, but he hasn't. He's also promised a receipt that he hasn't sent.
