2 years agoWe recently had our 17 year old floors refinished. Higgins did the installation when our house was built, and only needed refinishing due to damage from a refrigerator delivery. From start to finish the staff was easy to work with and very accommodating. The work was done exactly as planned, neatly and efficiently. Our cleanup was minimal. We were impressed with her in-depth knowledge of flooring as well as her professionalism. She was patient with us taking time to learn our flooring preferences. Next, flooring installation and finish, which was done to perfection as was evidence by their excellent workmanship and attention to detail. This is often difficult to find in today's world. Higgins delivered this level of workmanship and in a timely manner. They are an outstanding company to do business with and deeply appreciated.
