4 months agoRyan Marsh got back to me immediately after I made a request. He came out to the house right away, and was able to get the job done before we moved into the house (I appreciate how quickly he was able to do this, it was a great relief getting this big project done before moving day!). He was very communicative throughout the whole process and got 3 rooms done in a week. The floors hadn't been redone in about 25 years and they were in desperate need of updating. He also took the time to replace worn and damaged boards so the whole floor looks new. I will definitely use Wilder Flooring again (new basement flooring is in the future) - I would not waste my time going anywhere else. Price was fair and competitive too. -

1 year agoMy husband and I are DIY renovators, have high standards, and do not relinquish control of a renovation to others easily! Ryan and Haley are a wonderful couple who welcomed us into their showroom, were incredibly patient, and very helpful as we picked out our wood flooring for our great room and tile for our entryway. In fact, Ryan paid such close attention when he came to our house the first time, he had samples out and ready enabling me to pick my beautiful hickory right away. So that was just the selection phase. We left for vacation and their installer, Kevin, was careful and considerate in his removal of w2w carpet and old tile. He then Cleaned up after that dirty job to a spotless condition. Then his install was meticulous! We love it!! I would highly recommend Wilder for any flooring project you have. And, they a very nice people to work with. The whole package!
