1 month agoWe've been very happy Dane HVAC customers for over five years. In several planned phases, Mike and Mason added split air conditioning and later completed a major heating system upgrade in our 100+ year-old home, including replacing our hot water heater. All of this was done to modernize and improve our original steam radiator heating system, which had been served by an aging 20-year-old natural gas boiler. The project was about as seamless as one could hope for with a major HVAC upgrade. AND their work. resulted in much more energy efficient system Gone are eight steam radiators, the old boiler, and a gas water heater-replaced by a combi-boiler and a Mitsubishi split-air heat pump system. We also opted to have the Danes install ductwork. Their work exceeded our expectations, not only in craftsmanship but also in the professional and pleasant way they went about the job. Mike and Mason are exceptionally considerate and easy to work with. They are also meticulous about cleanup-you cannot imagine the mess that ductwork installation and radiator removal can create in an old house, yet they left things remarkably tidy. Since the installation, they've checked in several times to make sure the system is running well-and it has been. During one bitter-cold winter weekend I had a non-urgent question. Mike stopped by within the hour. Just like their workmanship, their service is excellent. -

2 months agoWhere do I start, Mike and Mason are the absolute best, they check all the boxes....communicative, respectful, responsive, neat, thoughtful, clever. I have an older house in the north end (nothing is easy) and they have done some major jobs such as adding whole house AC and a complete new heating system. The thoughtfulness and care they take with the installation is off the charts, everything is neat and labeled (see the pic, it is a work of art). And the install is done with an appreciation that it will need to be maintained so they add extra shut off valves etc, to make it easy to repair in the future. It doesn't there, their care continues, they watch over my system as if it were their own, and jump on any issues. They are always there and extremely dependable, sometimes I feel like I have my own personal HVAC team. Not only do I feel very fortunate to have the services of Mike and Mason, my house feels very fortunate too, it is always happy to see Mike and Mason show up. -

2 months agoIf you are looking for a great company to install your tank less water heater and to service your furnace, this is your company!! Efficient, cost effective and super clean!! All my questions have been answered and any concerns answered right away! Not ever having a filter system or tank less warer heater I had lots of questions and Mike was able to walk me through it so my mind was at ease!!! Thanks to him, I never run out of hot water!!! -

I had an emergency with a water heater breaking recently in Nashua and Mason came and took care of if that day, removing the old one and installing a new water heater.High quality work and extremely professional.
