3 months agoI was a customer for 8+ years. Always paid my bill. When I moved & needed the tanks prorated, they refused till bill was paid in full. I was totally blind sided by this & didn't understand why they couldn't wait a few days. Because they were afraid I wouldn't pay my bill. After 8 yrs. of always paying now treated like a deadbeat. Never would I recommend, besides more expensive than other places, they like to create hardship when they know you're moving. Sucks to be treated that way!! -

5 months agoLet me start by saying this company oriveds such excellent customer service. No matter what my questions are or how many time I call them, and trust me, it's a lot, they do their best to help out. Listen people, it is out of their control if parts are back ordered. We have to deal with it. I dont know of many companies that will provide a space heater to get you through until they can fit you in to service a furnace. They do! They work with you as long as you're willing to work with them and you stick to it! The girls in the office are the best at what they do. Frank is super amazing and stays out late on a job to make sure YOU are safe and warm. Jerry, (I think his name is Jerry), delivered fuel today and was so polite. The man helps his people out at work and he takes care of his customers! I recommend BotlGas to one and all. We need more customer focused companies like this one. -

6 months agoI used this company in the past. When I bought the house. They knew the owners were selling they filled the tank never left a receipt. I never called to fill. I bought another house they were the supplier. I called to find out what they would charge me. They said 425 gall. I went with dead river 2 bucks a gallon cheaper. When I called them to pick up tank I ask them to send me check for 20%. They said no we didn't have a contract with you we can't send you anything. I reckoned you all go to dead river much better customer service. -

Recently I had a generator serviced by them and their technician was extremely nice and helpful. Their price for installation was fair and reasonable and their customer service is always great. -
