4 months agoHad a 2020 accord to have the front bumper replaced. Communication was lacking on updates and when the car would be ready. Front desk women was rude, made us feel like jerks for even checking in on the car. For example they took the car and a down payment but they did not mention the part was hard to find. So that was great being down a car for a week. On the paper work it took 8 hours to paint the front bumper. The paint is also scuffed. The part does not sit flush on both sides even though we had to wait the extra time for the correct part. While the car sat in their lot an animal crawled into the air cabin and got crushed by the motor blower. They talked to my lady on the phone telling her the part was $13.00. Misleading her to think it would be a cheap fix. They charged 95$ for 1 hour of labor for that job. I will not be returning to get the scuff in the paint fixed as it is not worth the headache this company brings. -

7 months agoWe had a great experience at Baileys, though it was unfortunate that we had to use them. Our van was rear ended and totaled.. Jim Bailey towed the car for us, but also helped us recover the contents of the van, counseled us on what to expect from the insurance company, and took care of several other small things for us , since his yard was 15 miles from our home. Jim and his team were knowledgeable, professional and courteous all the way, really helpful in a difficult time. We highly recommend Baileys without reservation.
