3 months agoWe called Elite Heating & Cooling when our new hot water heater suddenly started throwing an error code. Garrett came over within a few hours and quickly diagnosed a combustion issue and solved the problem! He was knowledgeable and courteous and took the time to explain the problem. We also really appreciated the consideration he showed to our home and pets. I would highly recommend Garrett and Elite Heating & Cooling. -

5 months agoI've had the pleasure of getting to know Garrett in my office suite over the past couple of months. He's very accommodating, professional and pleasant to work with whether it's last minute call to help troubleshoot AC during the heat of summer, or Fall/Winter season furnace system maintenance/tune-up. During the latest maintenance service, I was interested in putting in a Smart Thermostat in my office to help with remote management/monitoring. He made several recommendations and explained the pros/cons. The pricing was transparent and reasonable. We had the Smart Thermostat installed and synced with my phone app in less than one hour. I would recommend Elite Heating & Cooling for any commercial and/or residential HVAC needs to anyone! -

5 months agoGarrett has been my "go-to" guy for over a dozen years for HVAC. I found him on Home Advisor in the early 2010s when I needed to replace my furnace and air conditioning. His service is, bar none, above and beyond. Whether it's him or his employees coming to do the twice yearly maintenance, or me panicking and calling him at 9pm at night because something isn't right or isn't working, he has always come through for me, regardless of whether it's a Sunday night, or a holiday weekend emergency. He has always been so accommodating and helpful! In my experience, he's the BEST. If I could give Elite Heating & Cooling more than 5 stars, I would! -

6 months agoHighly Recommend! Elite worked on my parents house in Merrimack NH and did a fantastic job. They installed a new Minisplit for the addition and a new Split system for the main house. Being that we are far away from my parents, we are happy we found Elite Heating and Cooling to care for my parents house. It hard to find people you can trust, but Elite Heating is very trustworthy. They were honest, caring, and came in with a great price. I Highly recommend them both for the installs as well as for regular maintenance. Thank you again for your help.
