5 months agoI am so glad that I found Milltown Pest Control! We only recently started using Milltown and it was based on these wonderful Google reviews which I now have the ability to honestly write a positive review myself. Matt took a great deal of time yesterday in my attic trying to figure out how the rodents we hear in our attic are entering. He thinks he found the source and blocked it. We used a competitor of his for 8 years and they never took the time to try to diagnose the real problem. This is only Matt's second time here and he has proven himself to be quite the professional! And also I'd like to add that when Matt asked me if there were any more sounds coming from the attic I nodded and shrugged in a resigned way that it was par for the course so it's not like I even asked him to investigate the problem, I assumed he'd throw poison at the problem like his competitors had done for 8 years. Instead, Matt was PROACTIVE instead of REACTIVE. I appreciate his intelligence, professionalism and integrity. I know it's a little thing but our last company would spend time after their visit doing paperwork or making phone calls in the driveway before they left but I noticed Matt left the premises and did his paperwork in the street. (A very small gesture but sometimes it's the little things that add up!) Very happy I made the move to Milltown Pest Control! -
