4 years agoI had carpeting installed by Rebecca's last summer. Everything went well and they were willing to work on my timeline. However, I'm in the process of cleaning my radiators and just realized they never cut the carpet to the appropriate size and this looks like a fire hazard to me. -

5 years agoMy wife and I visited Rebecca's around the end of July in 2018. First off, despite a small showroom, it was very well put together. Every type of flooring was beautifully displayed, Howard was such a big help, and excellent about showing all the different types that we were interested in. He helped us select some beautiful vinyl tile, and some very nice upscale carpet. They then came out to take some measurements so they could put together a quote to install carpet for us, which they sent over really quick. After a while, we told them we were ready to move forward, and they were excellent about working with our schedules to get the installation done. Our installers were Ed and Junior, and they were awesome. They were incredibly professional, but also very friendly, and they installed our carpet quickly, and flawlessly. Rebecca's helped us every step of the way, they're very professional, but very down-to-earth and friendly as well. They worked with us on scheduling, their install techs are top-notch guys, and we didn't go completely broke in the process. Even if they ended up being 10% above the big box stores prices (I'm pretty sure they weren't, but still) I still would've paid, based on the exceptional service we got here. We still have more flooring to do in the future, and of course, we're going right back to Rebecca's. Edit 12/11/2020 After quite some time, we finally pulled the trigger on getting the rest of our floors done. After the wonderful experience with the carpet installation, we were finally ready to get the tile we selected two years ago purchased and installed. I was a bit apprehensive because it's a serious amount of tile, and I wasn't sure how quickly we'd be able to actually step on the floor again. The installers, who were Brandon and Zack, once again proved that Rebecca's is vastly superior with customer service and quality of work. These guys were excellent. They worked quickly and carefully, they seemed to take great pride in their work, and even showed my wife and I how to touch up grout if need be. They were also incredibly friendly, and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. Same as before, I think VERY highly of Rebecca's, and I will continue to use and recommend them for any flooring project.
