1 month agoThis was a return visit to address some areas that returned after initial cleaning (called wicking) which can occur after deep carpet dirt makes its way back to the carpets surface. There was no charge for this follow up service and the carpet now looks clean and fresh. I will definitely use them in the future. -

I found it hard to believe all of the stains would come out of carpets in an area that sees a lot of traffic (including spills) in our church. The carpets look new and every stain is gone.
