4 weeks agoNOT GOOD , WAS RECOMENDED TO FIX MY HOT WATER PROBLEM , THE SYSTEM WAS ONLY LIKE 2 TO3 YEARS OLD ,WORKED ON THE HEAT PART OF THE SYSTEM , HOT WATER ISSUE NOT HEAT , HEAT WAS FINE , HAD THE FACTORY REP LOOK AT IT , OH CIRCULATORS ARE ON BACKWARDS [ NOTHING TO DO WITH HOT WATER ?? ] AGAIN HEAT WAS WORKING FINE , OK FIX THAT, REVERESED THEM $$$ [ NO CHANGE ] EXCEPT I HAD TO TAKE CARE OF THE LEAK THEY CREATED [ NICE JOB ] LOOKED AT THE SYSTEM SEVERAL TIMES , DO NOT THINK THEY DID MUCH , DID NOT FIX THE HOT WATER , BIG STORY EVERYTIME [ BLAH BLAH BLAH ] OH PUT A THERMOMETER UNDER THE HOT RUNNING WATER ,SAID THE TEMP IS CONSISTENT , TOLD HIM TEN TIMES THAT IT GOES COLD AFTER RUNNING FOR APPX 10 MINUTES, KEPT IT THERE MAYBE 5 MINUETS STILL AFTER BEING TOLD APPX 10 MINUTES, SO ANYWAY I GOT CHARGED ALMOST $1000 , AND I HAD TO GET SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX IT , PLENTY OF HOT WATER ALL I WANT FOR MONTHS NOW , AND IS WAS A MINOR ISSUE THAT CORRECTED IT , WHEN QUESTIONED HE DEFENDED HIS WORKER AND CREDABILITY OF HIS BUSINESS REFUSES TO DISCUSS A REFUND DID NOT FIX ANYTHING , SO KNOWLEDGE 0 , QUALITY 0 , CREDABILITY 0 CROOK 100% PS; BEING HANDICAPPED , FUNDS ARE VERY LIMITED HEY THANKS TO YOU I FOUND A COMPANY THAT IS WORTH THEIR SALT !! SO VERY DISAPPOINTED , DO NOT LIKE BEING TAKEN BEWARE !!!!! -

1 year agoBeen a customer of Nick for over 10 years. He did all the plumbing for our two bathroom remodels. He also installed a new boiler and hot water heater. For any unexpected plumbing / heating issue, Nick and his team have been quick to respond. After the Merrimack Valley gas explosions happened in 2018, our water heater stopped venting when it was turned back on. Nick installed a new vent pipe in our chimney. I never knew plumbers even did that work, but he did it -- going up over 30ft on a ladder in the pouring rain. His prices are fair and he'll explain to you exactly what he's doing and why with the pros and cons, etc. Highly recommend Nicholas Savvas Plumbing & Heating. -
