1 month agoThey were amazing. We faced an emergent situation and they responded in minutes. Within the hour we had repair men a the house working. Workers Eric and Ethan were very polite, helpful and hard workers. They finished the job (replace a well pump 100's of feet in the ground and a new water tank) two hours less than quoted. We would recommend them to anyone. -

1 month agoI wish I could give this company TEN stars, they are PHENOMINAL! Recently, we were without heat for 7 days in negative degree weather. Our oil company did not want to deliver oil because they thought our tank was compromised. This caused a burst water pipe, which we hired Derry Plumbing and Heating to repair. They promptly came out and fixed the pipe. While we had no oil, they returned with some diesel and got our furnace up and running again. Working with the owner, Dave, he clearly cared and was concerned we were without heat for so long. He stepped in and worked directly with our oil company to ensure we got a fill. Just today, Adam from DPH came out to get the last of our hot water baseboards up and running. He took the time to teach me how to inspect the baseboards, showing me exactly where to feel for heat to ensure they were working correctly. I cannot give higher praise to Dave and his team for going above and beyond helping us in this crisis. Each person we worked with was professional, friendly, and very good at what they do. Thank you for the care and service you provided us. -

1 month agoAnother great job from the guys at Derry Plumbing & Heating. Eric and Shawn converted my old shower hardware to updated new hardware. Super nice, and cleaned up. Also made sure we were satisfied with their work.
