2 months agoWhite Birch plumbing was great. I called for a clogged drain. They arrived, attempted to use an auger, determined it was worse than that. I had a severely packed pipe "which they showed me. They gave a price for removing and replacing that pipe which I agreed to. When they were done they said they only needed to remove a smaller section and lowered the price accordingly. Both men were friendly and polite and a pleasure to work with. -

Kyle came out super quick to take a look at our issue and I had a quote in my email that same day . 3 days later Caleb was out here fixing it . Caleb did a great job . It took less time than expected . Both Kyle and Caleb were pleasant to deal with . Will definitely call on them again if any plumbing issues come up . -

2 months agoKyle and his team at White Birch Plumbing did a fantastic job, and I would absolutely use them again. I had a PVC faucet drain connected to an older cast iron pipe that had been leaking over time. After reviewing the situation, Kyle clearly explained the problem and provided two quotes one if the cast iron needed to be replaced and another if it could be salvaged. I really appreciated the transparency and the way he walked me through both the best- and worst-case scenarios. In the meantime, Kyle suggested a temporary fix that allowed us to continue using the sink for the week until the full repair could be completed. A week later, Caleb and Harrison arrived right on time, first thing in the morning. With careful work and a bit of persistence, Caleb was able to remove the old PVC connection while preserving the cast iron pipe saving both time and money. Professional, punctual, and trustworthy from start to finish. Highly recommend White Birch Plumbing.
