3 months agoDo NOT hire these people! Waited weeks for a fireplace installation, signed a contract. Day before installation I called to confirm and was told they will be there between 9 and 11 am. No show, no call. Called, got voicemail. Returned the call after noon stating "on the way", be there in 45 minutes, no apologies whatsoever. No show again. Called at 2:15, no answer. Received callback stated missing installation parts and won't be able to install the fireplace due to a missing bracket. But they can reschedule installation in 2 weeks. They literally lied to me multiple times. Blamed the fireplace store for a missing bracket which was a complete and total lie. Told the fireplace shop I suddenly delayed the installation (trying to selvage future referrals from a reputable fireplace dealer). This business has zero integrity. Zero customer service. Huge disappointment on a very expensive renovation project. Not to mention changing my work schedule to accommodate the install. They could care less. Good luck if you hire them but prepare yourself for lies and complete disregard for your own time and total disappointment. And I do have the saved voicemails with your multiple creative excuses, so absolutely zero shot of denying my factual experience. -

3 months agoThis company is extremely unprofessional. They never returned their phone calls. They pulled a permit to do the work and did not return. Leaving us with an unnecessary open Permit. They don't have an office. They have a person working from their home that doesn't respond to phone to calls. My neighbor Also use them and they are still not done with her work and it's been months since they started. I didn't know this company was the one they used if not, I would've never called them to do my work. -
