He always responds to email in a timely fashion. He always has the customers interest and satisfaction at heart. Listening and documenting the work list. Always provided a less expensive alternative as an option. Shaun's quote was very competitive and reasonable. Shaun was always aware of the customer job list and willing to share his progress. His 2 electrician assistants were very devoted to their task and highly efficient. After the job was completed , Shaun reviewed the entire project to my satisfaction. He would always entertain add ons or changes without an attitude.
