1 year agoTotal garbage HOA. Every year they up dues in the name of their still falling apart Horse Palace. Never do anything in a timely manner, had pot holes on my road for almost 2 years before they repaired. 100% recommend not living in Spring Creek unless the Spring Creek Association can be removed
