High monthly fees, and they act like gods telling you what you can and can't do on YOUR property

Total garbage HOA. Every year they up dues in the name of their still falling apart Horse Palace. Never do anything in a timely manner, had pot holes on my road for almost 2 years before they repaired. 100% recommend not living in Spring Creek unless the Spring Creek Association can be removed

FAQ

How does Spring Creek Association determine snow removal pricing?

We manage snow removal as part of our community services across parkways and secondary roads throughout the winter season. Our HOA assessments for 2026 are $86.00 per month or $1,032.00 annually, which covers road maintenance and snow removal operations. For specific questions about how snow removal costs are allocated within your assessment or for assistance with your account, contact our office at 775-753-6295 or visit springcreeknv.org.

Are you licensed and insured for snow removal work?

Spring Creek Association operates as a private property owners association managing snow removal across our 150 miles of chip-sealed roads and community parkways. We maintain professional road maintenance operations and can provide details about our coverage and credentials by contacting our main office at 775-753-6295 or emailing [email protected]. Our staff is available during business hours to answer questions about our operational standards.

Does Spring Creek Association clear driveways for residents?

We go beyond standard parkway plowing to assist disabled residents by clearing their driveways when needed. Our crew handles both plowing and routine road maintenance to keep the community safe and accessible throughout the winter. If you need assistance with driveway clearing due to a disability or mobility concern, reach out to our office at 775-753-6295 to discuss your specific situation.

When should I expect snow removal to happen after a storm?

Spring Creek Association prioritizes keeping our parkways and secondary roads passable during winter weather events. Response times depend on storm severity and road conditions across our 150-mile road system. For updates on current snow removal operations or to report specific road concerns, contact our office at 775-753-6295 during business hours (8 AM to 5 PM) or submit questions through our website at springcreeknv.org.

What happens to snow and debris after Spring Creek Association plows the roads?

Our crew manages snow placement and debris removal as part of our standard plowing operations on parkways and secondary roads. We work to minimize disruption to properties while maintaining safe road conditions. If you have concerns about snow placement near your property or debris left on your driveway, contact our office at 775-753-6295 to report the issue and we can address it promptly.

Why is professional snow removal better than handling it yourself?

Professional snow removal requires specialized equipment, trained operators, and coordinated timing to manage a 150-mile road system safely and efficiently. Our crew understands local road conditions and prioritizes keeping community parkways and secondary roads passable for emergency vehicles and residents. Attempting to clear roads individually creates safety hazards and traffic conflicts, whereas our organized approach ensures consistent, community-wide access throughout the winter season.
