First, the professionalism from the initial call to the estimator to the installers - the service was second to none. Rich, the estimator, prepared a fair quote for the services being provided; Todd, the Supervisor, communicated with us every step of the way, but the genuine surprise was the professionalism and quality of service supplied by Bryce and James. Several contractors have not truly cared about providing top-notch service to a one-off home build. But, it's clear Alcal cares about customers regardless of job size.
