3 months agoI wish I could give Rigo and his team 6 stars for their outstanding service. I had a rather complex problem that was causing my furnace to glitch out. I had two other HVAC companies come out prior to getting connected to Royal Heating and Air. The first one, which I had used before and was happy with, just threw up their hands, told me I would die of carbon monoxide poisoning and recommended a new furnace at a very high price. A second HVAC guy, who was very nice and helpful (and didn't even charge a service fee) fiddled with the system but didn't want to get into it. Rigo did a thorough evaluation and recommended resizing the furnace and also massively improving the airflow. His team did great sheet-metal ductwork and replaced the 15 year old furnace with a newer, more appropriately-sized unit, for about 1/2 the cost of the first company's furnace-only quote. Thank you Rigo (and his colleague Rodrigo)! -
